Stripping down in front of a stranger is wildly intimidating. It takes a tremendous act of courage.

I’ve worked with women from all phases of life, and I promise, they felt the same fear you are feeling right now.

It doesn’t matter if you’re awkward in front of the camera, have no idea how to pose, or are downright terrified of doing this photoshoot.

I promise, you’ve got this.

Together, we will get past the barriers that are holding you back and move to a place of power.

My job is to support you through this entire process - let me be your certified hype girl.

The most common phrase I hear from every person starting their session is: “I’m so awkward in front of the camera.”
It’s uncomfortable at first and that’s okay! It’s my job to guide you through the session and help you confidently pose in every position.
I will likely be spread out on the bed showing you exactly what to do.

However, sometimes even our best friends can make us feel a little self conscious.
Take a second to ask yourself if this person would truly benefit you in your session.
My job is to guide you through your session so you feel empowered. I promise I’ll be your own personal cheer squad.

That starts with you being comfortable in what you are wearing.
We will work together to come up with a wardrobe that will make you feel sexy and yourself.
If you just burnt your forehead with a curling iron then I’ve got you.
What I won’t do: alter the shape or size of your body in any way.
I truly believe your body is perfect. As is. Right now in this moment.
